QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inspect trays, sleeves, bags, and lids for quality.
  • Sort and organize products for customer orders.
  • Palletize trays, sleeves, bags, and lids for shipment.
  • Load trays onto the conveyor line as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Employees are on their feet for most of the shift, standing and walking throughout the workday.
  • Repetitive hand movements and frequent pushing and pulling of materials are required.

HOURS:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
PAY:
  • $18.91 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school education is a plus.
  • Previous Maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to safely lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
  • Assist with installing, setting up, and commissioning new equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and work with team members to resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Communicate equipment status, repair progress, and maintenance needs with supervisors and production teams.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Required to wear all company-issued PPE.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in tight spaces throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Overtime may be required based on production and maintenance needs.
Hours:

  • 12-hour shifts Days or Nights
Pay Rate:
  • $34.00 +$1.00 shift differential
