Container Modification: Design and modify shipping containers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing facilities
Fabrication and Assembly: Execute fabrication tasks such as cutting, welding, framing, installing insulations, doors and other components
Customization Experience: Implement customer designs according to client specification, incorporating features like HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and specialized equipment
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks throughout construction process
Site Installation: Conduct on-site installation and assembly of container facilities ensuring safe and efficient deployment at client locations
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records, including material inventory, project timelines, photo documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related field
Knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and structural design principles
Proficiency in hand and power tools, welding equipment and construction machinery
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Effective communication
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification of training in electrical, welding, carpentry, or construction trades.
Experience with modular construction or container-based projects
Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
Creative problem solving skills
Salary: Up to $30 an hour!Benefits:
