We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Manager in Williamsburg!
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Food Safety Management knowledge preferred
- Ability to operate forklift and obtain forklift certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically
Duties:
- Responsible for managing all day-to-day operations in compliance with customer and CTPS standards
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers and internal associates
- Provide accurate and on-time production, labor and maintenance reports
- Responsible for leading a safety program that follows OSHA Standards and CTPS policies
- Oversee quality system that is compliant with CTPS standards and in compliance with SQF standards
- Can lift up to 55 lbs. consistently throughout the day
- Establish an effective line of communication with our customers as well as upper management
- Perform all duties or requests as needed in a fast-paced work environment
- After hours availability via phone or email may be required - alternate contacts need to be assigned during unavailability
- Occasional overtime is expected - flex-schedule to compensate for extra hours can be implemented
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 6am-4pm
- On Call outside of schedule if necessary
Pay:
- $65,000-$70,000 plus performance based quarterly bonus
