We have and exciting new opportunity with a client in Norfolk, VA for a Scheduling Coordinator!
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and schedule fire protection services and inspections with clients, ensuring that all appointments are booked in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of our team’s skills, availability, and workload to allocate the right technicians for each job
- Ensure consistent monitoring of service due dates and adjust schedules as necessary to meet client and regulatory requirement
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and any potential scheduling changes.
- Utilize problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns about service timelines, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of scheduling and coordination experience, preferably within the fire protection industry.
- Proficient in scheduling software and CRM systems such as Service Trade, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Strong customer service skills, able to address client concerns and schedule changes with professionalism and patience.
- Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts or unforeseen service delays effectively and efficiently.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 7:30am-4pm
Pay:
- $19-$28/hour based on experience
