New opportunity for a Rigger in Hampton Roads!
Responsibilities:
- Containment and Rigging in various shipyard environments.
- Containment/Rigging work with involve both shrink wrap and tarp style applications
- JGL style man-lifts
- System scaffold and Marine Hanging Scaffolding
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of rigging experience
- Experience working in a physically demanding environment, confined spaces and working at heights
- Understand and carry out verbal directions given by supervisor
- Understand and obey all posted warning, caution, notification and/or hazards signs posted on a job site
- Forklift training/certification a plus (additional training will be required once hired for those using a forklift)
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs. without assistance
- Must be able to climb and work at elevated heights, 50+ feet
