Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Convert approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders using SAP ERP. 
  • Monitor and report on open purchase orders. 
  • Support supplier onboarding through Ariba. 
  • Maintain supplier records and purchasing data. 
  • Assist with subscriptions, service agreements, and contracts. 
  • Create and maintain purchasing reports and KPI dashboards. 
  • Help develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and purchasing templates. 
  • Assist suppliers with registration, qualification questionnaires, and catalog setup. 
  • Maintain organized digital files using SharePoint, Teams, or shared drives. 
  • Capture meeting minutes and assist with weekly training sessions. 
  • Support end users with purchasing processes and SAP system usage. 
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of purchasing experience in a tactical or operational purchasing role. 
  • Experience with SAP ERP, Ariba, or a similar ERP system. 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word; PowerPoint experience is a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Pay: 
  • $25.00–$28.00/hr
Schedule: 
  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
