We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager position in Winchester Virginia!
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry.
- Must be proficient in project management tools such as Primavera, Procore, Sage, Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Excel is a plus.
- Must have experience in analyzing subcontractor and vendor scopes.
- A working knowledge of applicable building codes and industry standards and familiarity with project permitting and inspection requirements.
- Experience with estimating is a plus but not required.
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Independently oversee all project elements including safety, buyout, schedule, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate areas of project risk.
- Manage project documentation such as submittals, RFI's and change orders.
- Manage project documents including drawings logs, change order logs, RFI logs, submittal logs and meeting minutes.
- Generate and track project schedules utilizing CPM scheduling software to insure on time project delivery.
- Effectively manage resources to ensure projects are delivered on budget and are of a high quality.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and owners to communicate project updates and gather feedback.
- Analyze subcontractor and vendor scopes to insure completeness and adherence to project specification requirements.
