We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager in Winchester Virginia!
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
Primary
- Function as part of the 'Floor Leadership Team'
- Manage your customer base and being involved in the job quoting process
- Follow and enforce standard work for the project management process
- Communicate the status of projects with the customer and the Engineering Manager
- Communicate the requirements of the project with the shop floor and Quality Manager
- Assist the Engineering Manager in the deployment of standard measurement methods on the shop floor
- Review training programs and make improvement recommendations
Secondary
- Assist the General Manager in the deployment of standard measurement methods on the shop floor
- Review training programs and make improvement recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred OR 2 - 5 years of experience in a project management role in a manufacturing and fabrication environment, with a focus on product delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong understanding of the Lean business model.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ERP Systems and Cloud-based file storage preferred.
- Required- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform project decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and project team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Required- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Schedule:
Pay:
- $68,000k-$90,000 annual salary based on experience.
