We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our medical manufacturing team in Norfolk, VA. This role supports daily production operations through medical kit assembly, packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation in a clean, regulated environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and able to remain on their feet for the duration of the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical kits according to detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Package finished products for shipment
- Label products accurately and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
- Inspect materials and finished kits for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and company procedures
- Meet daily production and accuracy targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of production, warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a clean/controlled manufacturing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required

- Experience with kit assembly or order fulfillment
- Basic packaging and labeling experience
