We have a wonderful opportunity for a Process Tech position in Inwood, WV with a local manufacturer.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have strong knowledge of PET, SPC, plastics, electrical, hydraulics, mechanical and pneumatic functions.
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must have experience with downtime analysis and scrap reduction
- Must be able to read blueprints and be able to use precision measuring/inspection equipment
- Must be able to carry up to 50lbs, work in heat above 90 degrees and work in a fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will implement and manage all mold and machine processes as well as managing quality functions
- Will set up and run production molds
- Will make required mold changes/process adjustments
- Troubleshoot molding processes, cycles, equipment, and analyze problem areas
- Maintains all records, train employees, and comply with all safety polices/procedures.
HOURS:
- Monday through Friday and 12 hours on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Day/Nights available
