Integrity Staffing has an immediate need for a Plant Accounting Manager! This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with competitive pay. Summary of Position

Plant Accounting Manager needed ASAP. This position entails; monitoring the financial and performance measures, providing financial analysis to management, providing financial consultation, calculating and analyzing product costs, etc. This is a full time day shift, and pay based on experience between $35-$55/hr! Duties:

• Review of daily plant reports and KPIs related to manufacturing variances, shipping, work orders, and inventory-related transaction.
• Assist in the review, control, and management of inventories including costing, again, and counting inventories.
• Maintain and review KPIs and monthly results with plant management. 
• Develop monthly forecasts based on the plant performance
• Assist in developing the annual budget in conjunction with plant managers.
• Review and maintain bills of materials, yields, and scrap factors.
• Review and set standard conversion costs. 

Pay between $35 - $55/hour!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift

Salary: Annual salary based on experience between $72,800 and $114,400

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years accounting in a manufacturing organization
• 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with plant managers and other business partners
• Experience with an ERP system including standard costing
• Knowledge and experience with JD Edwards software – Preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in the food industry - Preferred
