We have an exciting opportunity for a Coatings Supervisor position in Portsmouth Virginia!
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Perform on-site metal painting tasks according to project requirements and specifications.
- Follow work instructions and procedures related to metal painting activities.
- Reporting safety issues and working towards the highest safety standards.
- Communicate with the Site Manager regarding progress, issues, or any concerns related to the work.
- Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings organized by the customer or site team.
- Carry out painting tasks efficiently to support project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain TWIC card
- Technical knowledge and practical experience in the wind industry.
- SGRE Spot repairs metal and epoxy safety.
- Blade B or equivalent.
- GWO and SGTT
- Medical Certificate (OGUK, Chester Step)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm
- Must be flexible on hours
Pay:
- $52,000-$66,560 annual salary based on experience
