We have exciting new opportunities with a client in Virginia Beach for multiple Restoration Operations Leadership positions!  

Job Duties entail but are not limited to:

• Responsible to recruit and coach all team members to build a strong performance-based office
• Promote team building and engagement in the office
• Coordinate and discuss financial/operational matters on a regular basis with finance personnel and department leads
• Develop a business plan to achieve profitability goals
• Review and discuss sales performance with operations manager/department managers and marketing lead
• Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Sales lead
• Attend company marketing and business development events
• Review plans and needs of the company
• Review staffing and operational changes needed by departments
• Participate and lead in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process of A players
• Use Quality Assurance for peer review and budget approval.
• Schedule and conduct department and company meetings and weekly goal setting and reviews with direct reports

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of restoration or water mitigation experience (Required)
• IICRC Certifications (Preferred)
• General Contractor’s License (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
• Proven ability to:
  • Read, interpret, and manage financial statements
  • Manage, lead, and coach a staff within an operation
  • Learn and operate our primary operating systems
  • Work in a team environment and develop staff
  • Coordinate and manage jobs within the same time frame
  • Promote and sell our company and service

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
• Must have flexibility on weekends and be on call

Travel:

• Must be willing to travel 20% (Preferred) 75% locally in company vehicle

Pay:

• $60k-$75k annual salary based on experience
