Integrity Staffing has an exciting job opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor in Savannah, Georgia!
Qualifications:

5 years supervisory/management experience
3 years’ experience working with large luxury yachts
Experience with yacht driveline maintenance, alignment and repair
Familiarity with class (Lloyds, ABS etc.) requirements
Good mathematical and computer skills
strong leadership skills.
displays and demonstrates a can-do attitude.
high energy and works with a sense of urgency.
administrative and technical supervision of outside Machinist and Mechanics.
Managing the day-to-day operations
completing projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
Work with vessel Project Managers in reviewing customer work orders.
Establishing realistic budgets.
Plans and schedules approved work orders.
Assigns appropriate personnel to complete the work.
Ensures work is safely performed per OSHA standards and completed per company standards.
Projects are on time and on budget meeting customer’s expectations.
Be in constant communication with Project Managers if anything is revealed that will affect quality standards, schedule, or cost.

Pay: $40/hour
