We have a wonderful opportunity for a Blaster position in Goose Creek, SC with one of our Clients in the Ship Building Industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have at least 3-5 years of marine painting experience
- Must be able to pass hair follicle drug test
- Coats surface of parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective or decorative materials such as paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, dope, or stain using spray gun
- mix coating material,
- brush and roll experience, spray experience
- Must be able to prepare surfaces for painting such as washing, stripping and masking
- Must be able to perform basic brush, dip and spray stripper operations
- Mix and apply chemicals such as cleaners, brighteners and solvent
HOURS:
PAY:
- $22-$27.31/Hour based on experience
- Per Diem is offered for Non-local for those that qualify
