We have an exciting new opportunity for a Plumber in Hampton Virginia!
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in residential maintenance, with a focus on plumbing
- Must have a valid driver’s license; reliable transportation strongly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance with local building codes.
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Perform routine, preventive, and emergency plumbing maintenance for residential properties.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, and minor pipe work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of assigned work orders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including materials used and time spent.
- Ensure all repairs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and management to complete seasonal maintenance projects and special assignments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor with residents and staff.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Must be flexible to work weekends where needed
Pay:
- $20-$28 per hour based on experience
