Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Site Manager in all day to day operations in compliance
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with customer and internal associates.
- Oversee and support the production team and communicate daily goals
- Responsible to assist in leading a safety program that is in compliance with OSHA Standard and company policies.
- Responsible to communicate projects and be in compliance with GMP, Food Safety and Quality standards.
- Have the ability to lift 55 lbs consistently throughout the day.
- Establish an effective line of communication with Site Manager and team.
- Perform all duties or requests as needed in a fast pace work environment
Skills and Knowledge preferred:
- Knowledge of transport packaging and production based warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate forklift in fast paced environment and obtain forklift certifications.
- Manage a fast paced work environment while multi-tasking.
- Communicate effectively verbal and electronically.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment
- At least 2 years previous production-based work
- Ability to provide an effective line of communication
