We are seeking a Spray Painter / Coater to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paints, coatings, or sealants to metal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, or blasting
- Mixing of materials (paint, coatings, and/or sealants)
- Applying coatings using various techniques to achieve a high quality and long lasting protections
Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of experience in a machine shop or machining facility
- Must have at least one year of spay painting experience
- Needs to have some experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
Compensation and Benefits
- The target pay rate for this position is $20-$21.50 per hour. Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is potential for the role to transition to a permanent, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Hours :
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM to 330PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 7PM to 330AM
