Job Description
Light Fabrication Sheetmetal MechanicWe have an exciting opportunity for a Light Fabrication Sheetmetal Mechanic in Hampton! Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
Respond to job assignment goal sheets daily by reading, understanding and properly interpreting travelers, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Cut, form, fit, and qualify to at least track weld light metal parts and assemblies (ventilation, lockers, cabinets, etc)
Use a variety of modern machinery and efficient manufacturing techniques from a variety of metals (stainless steel, steel, aluminum)
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in the fabrication of ventilation in accordance with MIL-STD-1688/1689, Tech Pub 248/278 and PPD documentation.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Schedule:
Monday – Friday. 3:30pm-Midnight Must be flexible in shift assignment.
