We have a wonderful opportunity for Mold Changeover Techs in Inwood, WV with a local manufacturer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in a similar environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Must have strong knowledge of PET and lean manufacturing processes
- Experience with downtime analysis and scrap reduction
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment with heat above 90 degrees
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up one or more machines, repair/troubleshoot equipment
- Make required mold changes
- Perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs
- Must ensure manufactured products meet specifications
- Prep molds for cleaning and identify mold damage for repairs
- Keep all molds and change parts when changeover occurs.
HOURS:
- 12 hour days and nights, on a 2-2-3 schedule, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
PAY:
- Pay starts at $21.77 with shift differential
