Position Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced HR Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Human Resources department. This is a dynamic, people-centered role that requires excellent communication, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills. You’ll be an integral part of supporting the organization’s leadership, employees, and company culture.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, partnering with staffing agencies, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Manage employee off-boarding, including terminations and exit interviews
- Maintain and update job descriptions and assist employees in understanding their roles
- Act as a point of contact for employees across all departments
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Complete required reporting for federal and state agencies
- Monitor and verify employee time and attendance records
- Administer open enrollment, benefits, insurance, and 401(k) programs
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
- Support company culture through employee engagement and event planning
- Represent the company at job fairs, school visits, and community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting is required
- Prior experience in Human Resources within a business environment is strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Pay:
- Starts at 60k and can increase based on experience
