Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with a strong background in commercial or industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chillers, boilers, and other large-scale HVAC equipment. While a Journeyman or Master HVAC license is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and rooftop units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in working with chillers, boilers, and related equipment.
- Journeyman or Master HVAC license preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems.
- Familiarity with energy management systems.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
