Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Firewatch position in Newport News, Virginia!

Job Duties entail but are not limited to:

Firewatch will assist hot work mechanics to look for incept stage fires and extinguish.
Must be able to climb/work from various heights (5 to 50 Ft.)
Lift, carry, push and pull at least 80lbs
Help stock materials in and around the worksite
Help take trash off of the worksite

Qualifications:

Must have at least one year of shipyard experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm
Saturday 6:30am-2:30PM
Overtime could be required on Saturday and Sunday

Pay:

$20/hour
