We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator position in Virginia Beach Virginia!
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of one year of fabrication or manufacturing experience.
- Must have High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Welding experience or certification preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Measure, cut, shape, and prepare materials using hand and power tools.
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with welding and assembly of metal components.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work with team members to meet production goals.
- Participate in on-the-job training.
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-5:30pm
- Friday: 6:30am-3:30pm
- Must be flexible to work Saturdays as needed
Pay:
- $18-$25/hour based on experience
