As an Electrician/Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment for both residential and commercial clients. Qualifications:
Required:
- Valid Virginia Electrical License (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred)
- Valid Virginia Driver's License.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, safety protocols, and electrical codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use a tablet to access work orders, diagrams, and job information efficiently.
- Ability to complete a national background check, drug test, and electrical aptitude test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each project.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Preferred:
- Experience with both residential and commercial electrical systems.
- OSHA certification or other safety training.
- Skills/Ability to use ServiceTitan and/or Housecall Pro for managing work orders, scheduling, and customer communication.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments (indoors, outdoors, at heights, etc.).
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and squat for extended periods of time.

Pay:
- $26-$34/hour based on experience
