We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer service by managing inquiries, processing orders and quotes
- Maintaining customer records, handling shipping logistics
- Processing credit applications and returns
- Supporting sales and marketing efforts
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide product information and assist customers with placing order
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent support
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- The target pay rate for this position is $20-$24 per hour
- Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is potential for the role to transition to a permanent, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM
