We are seeking one Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 3-6 month assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering assistance to the receptionist and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering orders and quotes into computer software
- Using phone, email, and chat to check on late purchase orders
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide product information and assist customers with placing order
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent support
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- The target pay rate for this position is $20 per hour
- Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is potential for the role to transition to a permanent, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

- Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM
