Cost Estimator Integrity Staffing Services is currently looking for a qualified Cost Estimator! Cost estimators serve a pivotal role in planning, design, and pricing of bids for future work. We believe a successful team is comprised of mentors and coaches who support one another in learning, sharing knowledge and expertise, and encouraging growth. As a Cost Estimator, you will design execution plans and develop cost estimates for large-scale dredging projects, with the guidance and support of a team with decades of dredging experience. This position also provides a high-level of exposure to executive management with various growth opportunities. The position reports to the Vice President of Estimating. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration; or equivalent and relevant work experience
5 years of relevant experience in the dredging and/or marine construction industry; OR 5 years of relevant experience in a cost estimating position in a comparable industry
Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Analytical experience utilizing PowerBi or similar software is a plus
Effective communicator and attentive listener with excellent attention to detail
Self-starter, willing to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills for senior management reporting
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
