Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and skilled Technicians to support our Client’s property maintenance team. These technicians will play a critical role in preparing residential units for new tenants after move-outs by ensuring all systems and fixtures are fully functional and in good repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC preventative maintenance, including filter changes, condensate drain cleaning, and basic operational checks.
- Complete minor plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, toilet flanges, wax rings, flappers, fill valves, handles, and clearing sink/tub drains.
- Repair doors, cabinets, window sills, baseboards, and other millwork as needed.
- Conduct light touch-up painting following repairs or in smaller areas (full unit painting is contracted separately).
- Patch and repair minor drywall damage and small blow-out areas.
- Perform basic electrical work, including replacement or repair of light switches, outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.
- Ensure each unit is clean, safe, and move-in ready for incoming residents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general maintenance or make ready roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common maintenance issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

- This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency and a strong commitment to quality work.
Pay:
- $18/hour for 1st shift
- uo to $21/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
