Job Summary
As a General Laborer, you will support various operational and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our clients facility. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and contributing to overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of facilities, equipment, and work areas.
- Support loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow strict safety guidelines, including radiation safety and environmental protocols.
- Provide assistance to skilled technicians, engineers, and other team members as needed.
- Participate in on-site training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to nuclear facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards or maintenance needs, reporting findings promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, including quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic mechanical skills or prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to work in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Work Environment
- Work will take place in industrial, outdoor, and controlled indoor environments.
