We are seeking one Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will provide short-term administrative support to the Fleet & Travel Manager. The primary focus of this role is to research DMV requirements across multiple states and assist with completing and maintaining DMV paperwork for recently acquired fleet vehicles. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, data entry, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research DMV requirements for various states.
- Assist with completing and submitting DMV paperwork for fleet vehicles.
- Enter and maintain accurate data related to fleet and vehicle registrations.
- Organize and track documents, files, and other administrative records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Fleet & Travel department.
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts as needed to ensure accurate processing.
- Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Administrative or clerical experience: Preferred, 1–2 years
- Experience performing research and data entry: Preferred
- Experience handling documents, forms, or compliance-related paperwork: Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook): Required
- Ability to use online research tools and databases: Required
- Typing: 40+ WPM Preferred
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM
