Job Description:
  • Must have experience answering phones in a commercial environment
  • Will be responsible for processing payable invoices (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Billing
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Will review and manage account receivables
  • Scheduling inbound/outbound appointments
  • Creating/updating customer account SOPs 
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Import/Export experience is preferred 
Hours:
  • M-F 8AM – 5PM
Pay:
  • $18.00 / hour
