We’re seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s manufacturing team in Virginia Beach. This role requires data entry and administrative support position focused on accuracy, documentation, and quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and returns.
- Process credit applications and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Maintain accurate customer data within CRM/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Support internal teams with order updates, pricing, and documentation.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely, accurate communication.
Qualifications
- Must have 3–4 years of administrative or customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
- Proficient in CRM/ERP systems; SAP a plus.
- Strong data entry and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Local to the Virginia Beach area with a history of long-term employment.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM
