Job Description

4+ years commercial/naval experience as a First Class Machinist

Will be working on various mechanical equipment on and off ship
Install, removal, replacement, and repair of various mechanical equipment on naval vessels
Ability to comprehend complex drawings, blueprint, diagrams, and sketches
Operate cargo crane, portable, milling/drill machine, centrifugal pump, watertight compartment
Must be able to climb up and down vertical ladders
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and work in confined spaces and around moving equipment
