Integrity Staffing has an immediate need for an Industrial Project Manager! This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with competitive pay. Summary of Position

Industrial Project Manager needed ASAP. This position entails; communicating the status of projects with customers and Engineering Manager, communicating requirements of projects to the shop floor and Quality Managers, managing the value stream, etc. This is a full time shift, with a salary starting at $60k!

Duties:

• Ship customer orders on time
• Preventing the Recurrence of Discrepancies
• Identifying bottle necks and shop constraints before they cause late delivery
• Understanding the Lean Business Model and ideal product flow through all steps in the value stream
• Managing the value stream from order receipt through shipping
• Follow and enforce standard work for the project management process
• Communicate daily with the Engineering Manager and Quality Manager
• Blueprint reading to purchase product needed for project completion 

Pay based on experience from $60k - $80k

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift, possible mandatory overtime
