We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Facilities Manager in Winchester Virginia!
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Facilities Maintenance and Repairs: Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, including mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems.
- Preventive Maintenance Program: Ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations. Maintaining a regular preventive maintenance schedule and making accurate records of preventive maintenance available for third party audits.
- Safety Program: Develop and lead the Safety Program by ensuring facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Cleaning: Managing the outsourced cleaning vendors for both buildings.
- Company vehicles: Managing the maintenance, inspection, licensing, and use of company vehicles.
- Space Management: Optimizing the utilization of space within facilities, including office layout, allocation of workspace, and coordinating office moves or renovations.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for all aspects of this position. Monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Vendor Management: Selecting and managing relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiating contracts and ensuring services meet quality standards and budget requirements.
- Asset Management: Managing assets within facilities, including furniture, equipment, and vehicles. Developing plans for asset replacement, upgrades, and disposal.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations, maintenance activities, and expenditures.
- Destruction of Controlled Unclassified Information: Regularly disposing of printed CUI by destroying according to requirements.
- Continual Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within facility management operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management
- Must have proven experience with preventative maintenance, safety, cleaning, maintaining fleet vehicles, space management, budgeting, vendor management, asset management, reporting, and process improvement

Pay:
- $25-$35/hour based on experience
